В самом сердце Тосканы, на вершине холма, вы найдете очень уютное жилье, а несравненный вид от башен Сан-Джиминьяно до суровых Апуанских Альп встретит вас теплыми объятиями.

Квартира расположена на первом этаже и состоит из просторной и светлой гостиной с кухней, столом, дровяной печью, камином, полностью оборудованной ванной комнаты с окнами и стиральной машиной, спальни с двуспальной кроватью.

Ваше полностью спокойное пребывание будет завершено нашим большим и ухоженным органическим садом, где вы найдете множество изысканных цветов и фруктов, не содержащих пестицидов. Вы сможете собирать фрукты прямо с деревьев и наслаждаться всеми их органолептическими свойствами.

В вашем распоряжении уличный стол и стулья, подходящие для приема пищи, шезлонги для принятия солнечных ванн, барбекю. В распоряжении гостей душ на открытом воздухе, где гости могут освежиться, любуясь тосканскими пейзажами.

В саду есть дорожка, по которой владельцы входят в свой дом. Владельцы готовы предложить гостям художественные, пейзажные, гастрономические и винные маршруты. Владельцы проживают на первом этаже того же дома, в котором находится квартира. С владельцами можно связаться по телефону или посредством сообщения.

Центральное отопление использовать невозможно из-за высокой стоимости газа. В холодные месяцы или в любое время гости могут зажечь дровяную печь и камин. Хозяева подарят дрова и покажут гостям, как их зажечь.

Гости могут совершить расслабляющую прогулку по нашему фруктовому саду и оливковой роще, которые полностью органичны.

“I have traveled about 50 countries, amazing places and stunning sites. Yet, in Europe, I have definitely found my haven. The garden and the view from the lounge chairs and hammocks in this garden are just paradise. It is so peaceful and relaxing, it resembles such a Rinascimento painting that you will have a hard time going on day trips elsewhere ;) The apartment is super clean, comfy, homey. There are perfect amenities and when you arrive every night after touring Toscana, you feel like this is your home. The village is perfectly located within the area, central, friendly, with all necessary food and wine stores, gas...We did most of our visits using public transportation as they have direct bus access to Firenze and bus train access to anywhere else. Easy, cheap and convenient. However, even if all this would already be enough to define paradise, the top of the top of the place is the family who owns it. If you want to meet wonderful, smiling, helpful, family like people, you will never forget this place and call it Heaven in Tuscany, the place you wished to remain eternally.”
