Позвольте нам показать вам особое место в самом сердце Тосканы , вдали от городского хаоса, где вы проведете расслабляющий и умиротворенный отдых.

Бассейн с натуральной системой очистки от морской соли, прекрасный панорамный порог, ухоженный сад с живой изгородью, цветы делают это место оазисом, который нельзя пропустить!

Отель расположен на чудесных холмах Кьянти, в окружении красивой природы, и из него открывается вид на долину. Дом отдыха расположен ниже античной деревни, мирного оазиса, который сочетает в себе отдых со всеми удобствами: бар, ресторан, рынок, газетный киоск и церковь, до которых легко добраться пешком.

В отеле была возрождена новая жизнь в соответствии со стандартами тосканских традиций. Особое внимание уделено деталям.

Дом для отпуска расположен в центре города, что делает его отличной отправной точкой для посещения важнейших художественных городов Тосканы: Сан-Джиминьяно, Вольтерра, Чертальдо, Сан-Миниато, Винчи, Флоренция, Пиза и Сиена .

Еженедельное пребывание продолжается с субботы по субботу.

Туристический сбор: Туристический сбор составляет 1 евро с человека за ночь (от 14 лет) максимум на 6 ночей подряд. br> Сбор должен быть оплачен наличными по прибытии на стойке регистрации во время регистрации.

Personal data will be processed for the time necessary to carry out the requested function and for the related instrumental and documentary functions; subsequently the data will be treated, in a completely anonymous way for internal statistics, for the time required by the laws in force (maximum 10 years), unless there is an explicit request for cancellation of the same data, by the user.

“Gîte avec grandes chambres, très bien équipé, superbe terrasse. En dehors de la propriété principale, mais piscine facilement accessible à tout moment. Hôtes charmantes, présentes sans être intrusives, réactives. Petit village agréable avec petit commerce proposant beaucoup de produits de dépannage et produits locaux. Restaurant très bon. Balades pédestres possibles à proximité. Bien situé pour rayonner en voiture à la journée (Voltera, San Giminiano , SiennePise, Florence...).”

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Montaione 312. Cinzia and Valintina were gratuitous hosts providing us with warm greeting and wine upon our arrival and long day of travel.The apartments were exactly as they looked in the brochures. The furnishings and beds were comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen provided everything that we needed and when our toaster gave us some problems, they replaced that day. This trip was a dream come true for us. The little town of Iano had a convenient market and restaurant that were open at convenient times. I would highly recommend this place to our family and friends. The facility was very clean and the grounds and pool were immaculate.”
