Cooking class and Tastings

Италия славится во всем мире своими кулинарными традициями, а тосканская кухня, без сомнения, одна из самых важных и известных.

Тоскана – это земля, богатая ароматами, и, наряду со знаменитым вином Кьянти и оливковым маслом первого отжима, ее вкусные блюда являются частью итальянского эногастрономического наследия.

Симонетта и ее подруга Калинка, местная жительница, организуют уроки кулинарии для тех, кто хочет узнать секреты тосканской кухни. Это приятный опыт, когда они с радостью делятся своим кулинарным опытом, позволяя вам воспроизвести некоторые из этих чудесных блюд у себя дома.

Каждый урок персонализируется в соответствии с вашими конкретными запросами, например, если у вас есть определенная тема или меню, которые вы хотели бы подготовить.

На уроках вы научитесь готовить свежую пасту или картофельные клецки с разными соусами, вторые блюда из мяса или овощей, гарниры и замечательные тосканские и итальянские десерты.

Для уроков кулинарии используются только самые качественные ингредиенты, в том числе фрукты и овощи с огорода Симонетты, картофель, выращенный Лукой, и оливковое масло с фермы.

После урока блюда подаются к столу в сопровождении органического вина Луки, которым могут насладиться все желающие принять участие в веселом вечере.

Уроки кулинарии проводятся минимум для 2 человек и стоят 100,00 евро на человека. В эту сумму входит заключительный обед или ужин и книга с рецептами на итальянском и английском языках.

Для гостей, которые просто хотят принять участие в трапезе, стоимость составляет 40 евро на человека (20 евро для детей до 10 лет).

Мы также рады организовать ужины по запросу по цене 40 евро на человека (20 евро для детей до 10 лет).

“We enjoyed the grounds, sitting in the sun, listening to the birds. The kitchen was a great bonus and breakfast was amazing. Great selection of salty and sweet… homemade jams, cake , honey, toast’ cheese, eggs, meat, etc, Plus both red and white wine, made on site, (for a charge). . Staff were friendly and helpful.
