Этот дом с отдельным входом идеально сочетает в себе традиции и комфорт, находясь в самом сердце очаровательной природы. Спокойствие этого места располагает к отдыху, позволяющему отвлечься от повседневной суеты, насладиться релаксацией и единением с природой.

Интерьер апартаментов спроектирован для обеспечения максимального комфорта и практичности: на площади 40 квадратных метров расположена спальня, которую можно обустроить двуспальной кроватью или двумя односпальными кроватями в зависимости от ваших потребностей, а также 55-дюймовым телевизором. Ванная комната оборудована душем и феном, чтобы обеспечить вам все необходимое для хорошего самочувствия. Кухня хорошо оборудована холодильником, морозильной камерой, 4-конфорочной плитой и всем необходимым для приготовления пищи, а также удобным диваном-кроватью, на котором могут разместиться еще 2 человека. “Facile à trouver grâce aux coordonnées GPS, très tranquille, un grand parc pour se reposer (avec jeux d'enfants), un accueil chaleureux mais discret. Le studio est bien dimensionné, lit confortable, belle sdb. Premier séjour en Emilie Romagne, le lieu est bien situé pour découvrir Parme, Modène, Bologne ou même Ferrare. Scandanio, à 2km, offre de bonnes possibilités pour faire des courses. Bref, on a vivement apprécié le le lieu et la location.”
