Этот небольшой фермерский дом, окруженный зеленью, был построен для виноделов, ответственных за уход за окружающим виноградником. Особенно красивый и тихий, несмотря на то, что он находится недалеко от города Палаццоне, он имеет прекрасное расположение, которое возвышается над долиной внизу. Тщательная реставрация с сохранением первоначального назначения сохранила нетронутыми характеристики фермерского дома. Открытые пространства, используемые с умом, также позволяют вам наслаждаться практичным оборудованием (барбекю).

Расслабляющая гидромассажная ванна (с подогревом) позволяет наслаждаться видом даже в зимние месяцы.

В нем могут разместиться 3 человека. Доступ к дому осуществляется через удобный внешний пандус, который ведет в кухню-гостиную, где главным героем является большой камин. Отсюда две независимые двери ведут в спальню с двуспальной кроватью с одной стороны и спальню с односпальной кроватью с другой. Красивый туалет с душем, украшенный керамической плиткой Vietri, завершает интерьер. ТВ, бесплатный Wi-Fi, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, отопление. Бесплатная парковка.

С 27 мая по 2 сентября можно пользоваться общим бассейном с 2 другими домами.

В близлежащем городке Палаццоне есть продовольственные магазины, а в Кьюзи, помимо супермаркетов и всевозможных магазинов, есть спортивные сооружения.

Гости, по желанию, могут посетить старую маслобойню и фирменный погреб.
