Старый семейный фермерский дом переходит в гостиную-кухню с традиционным тосканским очагом. Изящная терраса, выходящая на восток, идеально подходит для солнечного завтрака под звуки сельской местности и щебетание птиц.

Первый этаж: кухня с плитой, посудомоечной машиной, холодильником с морозильной камерой и большим камином, гостиная с двуспальным диваном-кроватью, шкаф.

Второй этаж: 2 спальни с двуспальными кроватями, одна с ванной и душем, комната с двумя односпальными кроватями (по запросу может быть преобразована в двуспальную кровать), ванная комната с душем. Меблированные террасы, выходят на восток.
