Вилла, построенная в 19 веке, окружена вековыми оливковыми рощами пологих склонов Монтальбано в тихом и панорамном районе и является идеальным местом для отдыха и прогулок.

Вилла разделена на шесть очень удобных квартир; пять квартир находятся в основном доме, шестая (Casa del contadino) примыкает к нему. Квартиры оборудованы всеми удобствами, включая еженедельное постельное белье. Wi-Fi предоставляется бесплатно в каждой квартире; В квартирах усадьбы есть стиральная машина, стол и общий утюг; Есть вешалка для одежды.
