Restaurant

Кухня: на вилле есть клуб, единственная цель которого - рассказать нашим гостям о наших блюдах, приготовленных в соответствии с местной традиционной тосканской кухней и выбором изысканных тосканских вин.

Меню: мы всегда предлагаем фиксированное меню на ужин, которое каждый вечер меняется. В него входят различные закуски, первое блюдо из макарон, второе блюдо из мяса и овощей и десерт.

Закуски: это всегда вкус типичных местных продуктов , выращенных и произведенных на тосканских фермах, которые усеивают нашу сельскую местность, такие как салями и сыр в сопровождении кростини (поджаренные кружочки хлеба) или брускетте (чесночный хлеб).

Первые блюда: варьируются от самых простых рецептов, таких как паста со свежесобранными помидорами и базиликом, до более традиционных рецептов, таких как тальятелле с мясным соусом или zuppa di pane (хлебный суп), паста с шафраном, свежие домашние паста, такая как равиоли, лазанья, блины, подается с различными мясными и овощными соусами.

“Loved this place which is located in the beautiful Tuscan hills only 4K from San Gimignano. Fabulous family staff who provided really personal service e.g. great touring recommendations. Recommend booking the restaurant for dinner (only open Fri /Sat nights) - delicious meal. Also recommend the cooking class offered by lovely local woman Patrizia! It was a fantastic experience and we really enjoyed sitting down afterwards eating our home cooked Tuscan meal on the terrace.”

Ses terrasses, jardins et piscine en font un endroit propre au repos et le must c'est la table d'hôte proposée 3 soirs par semaine Simona, Sandra et Famille. Notre appartement était agréablement décoré, propre et la literie confortable. De multiples services sont proposés pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. La propriété se trouve proche de San Gimignano et à une 20 de km de Siena.
